Tri-M Home & Building Inspections, LLC has been performing prepurchase home inspections since 1989 in Lancaster County. The company is currently operated by Wayne Murray, an ASHI certified Inspector (ACI) since 1999. Our inspectors have past experience in the construction trades, and have been trained by ASHI approved seminars and given on site training by a qualified ASHI inspector. Reports are computer generated, and list the relative condition of all systems. A summary of material defects and/or safety concerns is complied for the client as a negociation tool with the seller. The current owner/inspector has been performing inspections for 15 years and has performed over 3,500 inspections duting that time. |

Our whole house inspection includes the Grounds, Drainage, Structure, Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling , Interiors, and Built in Appliances. We offer Wood Destroying Insect (termites etc) Inspections, Radon Testing, Indoor Air Quality/Mold Sampling, Water tests and Well Pump Performance Inspections. |
